What hosts come to us with
- Unfair or retaliatory review on your listing
- Guest damage claim that was denied or lowballed
- Listing or account suspended, flagged, or restricted
- Rating and ranking slipping for no clear reason
Every request is free to submit. We look at your case and email you a quote first — you only go ahead if you approve it. And review removals are only charged if the review is actually taken down.
